Section 7
Issuance of multimodal waybill
: (1) The multimodal transport operator shall issue a multimodal waybill when the goods are accepted for shipment from the sender.
(2) The multimodal waybill to be issued in accordance with sub-section (1) may be with exchangeable rights or without exchangeable rights as the sender wishes.
(3) When the name of the recipient is mentioned in the multimodal waybill, such person or when a multimodal waybill with exchangeable rights is issued, and if such waybill is transferred to another person from the desk, such person or the bearer of such waybill shall be deemed to be the owner of the goods mentioned in such waybill.
(2) The multimodal waybill to be issued in accordance with sub-section (1) may be with exchangeable rights or without exchangeable rights as the sender wishes.
(3) When the name of the recipient is mentioned in the multimodal waybill, such person or when a multimodal waybill with exchangeable rights is issued, and if such waybill is transferred to another person from the desk, such person or the bearer of such waybill shall be deemed to be the owner of the goods mentioned in such waybill.
